Caroline will e-mail the Zoom link to you at the time of your appointment, not before. Caroline’s email may be in your spam folder - check there at the time of your appointment please! Sometimes we are running behind schedule and appointments (and zoom link emails) may not arrive until 5-10 minutes after your appointment is scheduled. In your confirmation emails, there is a contact email to reach out to if you can’t find your link.

You can check your 4-pack balance with

(a) the code that was included on your receipt

(b) your email

Navigate to the scheduling page & click on “Check code balance” at the very bottom.

Toggle between Check by code or Check by email to select which search method you will use.

Discount codes are input on the Payment Page. Click on the + next to “Package, gift, or coupon code” and input the coupon/discount code. Click enter to apply the coupon.

When you purchase a 4-pack, Gift Certificate, or any package from our shop, you will receive a “Discount Code” on the receipt.

This Code is how we track your balance and connect your purchase with your reading. This way we know if you’ve used it, when, and how many you have left (with 4-packs).

If you are buying an Astrological Reading or a Reading as a Gift directly, there is no code to track. You book directly when you purchase!

Please click enter/return or add a comma after your email address. The email will change into a contained oval and the red text will go away to show the email has been accepted. 

Caroline is typically booked 2-3 months into the future. Caroline is available Wednesdays & Fridays at 12 noon eastern & 3 pm eastern (with Tuesdays available for Follow-up Readings).

Caroline’s schedule is subject to change based on travel, speaking engagements, and other opportunities.

We can accommodate international time differences, contact us before booking to let us know where you are located and the best times of day for you so we can craft an auspicious time together.

If you are looking to reschedule prior to 24 hours in advance, use the link in your confirmation email to reschedule at no cost up

If your cancellation is within 24 hours of your appointment (or you miss your appointment), there will be a $75 rescheduling fee.

Zoom is a free web call program (similar to Skype).

If you don’t have zoom downloaded, you can still use the program without creating a log-in. Click on the link Caroline sends (at the time of your appointment) and select the option to “Open in Browser.” This will open up the meeting in your web program (ie. Safari, Chrome, etc) and you will be able to participate by turning on your camera and audio settings (prompts will be shown as you join).
